This is not a quick-fix program.

It’s a structured coaching process for athletes who want ownership of their development.

How 1-on-1 Coaching Works

I don’t coach short-term.

Every athlete I work with begins the same way — through a structured 3-month Foundation phase. This allows us to build the system first, before chasing results.

All athletes start here.

(Months 1–3)

The Foundation Phase

The first three months are about installing a development system that fits you.

During this phase, we work together to

How the Foundation Phase Works

Everyone receives the same level of commitment and structure during this phase.

There are no tiers during the Foundation Phase — every athlete receives the same coaching, systems, and expectations.

After three months, we decide together how to move forward.

This allows both athlete and coach to confirm fit, alignment, and readiness for continued development.

This process mirrors collegiate and professional development models.

The Foundation Phase reflects how athletes are evaluated, developed, and retained at the highest levels of the game.

What Happens After the First 3 Months

Athletes who continue move deeper into the process.

We apply the system in real competition, make adjustments, and build consistency.

Months 4–6

We focus on independence, confidence, and long-term performance. This is where athletes learn to coach themselves without relying on constant direction.

Months 7–12

Athletes who continue beyond a year work with me at a higher level. We plan seasons intentionally, focus on performance dominance, and let results speak for themselves.

Renewals are optional and offered intentionally.

After 12 Months — Elite Renewal
