Who I Choose to Be as a Coach and Mentor
Before I ever focused on outcomes, offers, or titles, I asked myself a simple question:
Who do I want to be beyond what I’m pursuing?
The answer shapes how I coach and who I work with.
I believe in discipline over shortcuts and building athletes who can think, adjust, and perform independently when the game demands it.
My background spans from junior college, Division I softball in the SEC, and the professionals, which shapes how I develop athletes to compete today.
My Experience Through the Game
My career has taken me through every level of the game — junior college, Division I, and professional softball — with each step reinforcing the same truth:
What separates athletes isn’t effort alone, but how they process the game, respond to pressure, and sustain performance over time.
I’ve earned full athletic scholarships at every college, competed at the highest levels of Division I softball, and played professionally both domestically and internationally.
Those experiences shape who I am beyond the field.

Why This Matters
I’ve experienced development at every level — from earning opportunities to sustaining performance under pressure.
Those lessons directly shape how I guide athletes today.
Why I Coach
Even with success, I saw a gap in how athletes are developed.
Too many train hard without understanding why they’re training, how to adjust in games, or how to take ownership of their development once the structure changes.
I coach to close that gap.
Coaching is not about control — it’s about giving athletes the tools to take ownership of their development.
That’s the standard I hold myself to and the athletes I work with.
My goal is to help athletes:
Process the game faster
Make in-game adjustments with confidence
Stay disciplined under pressure
Develop habits that support long-term growth
I don’t coach athletes to depend on instruction — I coach them to trust themselves.
What This Work Is Really About
This business exists to help athletes change the trajectory of where they’re headed — through consistent effort, disciplined habits, and sustained development.
I don’t promise shortcuts.
I provide structure, clarity, and accountability.
If you’re willing to commit to the process, this is where it starts.
