TEAM TESTIMONIAL

Full Testimonial -

“Over the past two months this winter, Coach Pal has worked closely with the players in the Glory Adkins 14U–18U Gold programs. During that time, she has helped break down each player’s swing and taught them details about their mechanics that many had never recognized before.

Coach Pal performed at the highest level in college softball, and she has seamlessly translated that success into her teaching. She has a unique ability to connect with players in a way that allows them to not only understand the information, but retain it and apply it in real time.

If you are looking for immediate improvement that is also sustainable long-term, Coach Pal will get you there. I speak on behalf of Glory Adkins when I say we truly appreciate Coach Pal and the impact she has made on our program.”

PARENT TESTIMONIALS

Lex has been making great progress, and we feel like things are going really well. We truly appreciate how you challenge her, especially during her hitting drills. She loves the way you explain and break things down, not just her swing, but also how to properly use her body to achieve the correct mechanics. Defense has always been her strong suit and she enjoys cleaning up her mechanics with you as well.

  • Brent Cobb

We had been looking for a batting coach for sometime. We were referred to Pal and it has been a game changer for our daughter. Pal has taken her in and started breaking her batting style down and fixing some issues Lainey has been having.

From the first session we could already see a boost in Lainey’s confidence from finding a batting coach that she can relate to. Pal is very good at explaining and engaging with our daughter. Lainey is all smiles and always looks forward to her next lesson. I would highly recommend Pal if you are looking for consistency, Knowledge of the game and building your players confidence. Can’t wait to see what our daughter does this season with the help of Pal.

Initially, I was skeptical about starting lessons with Pal. I thought it would be a few sessions, and we’d move on to someone else. However, Serenity’s first lesson completely changed my mindset. Serenity quickly bonded with Pal, and Pal reciprocated. She meticulously broke down her swing from the beginning and took the time to explain and demonstrate every necessary adjustment. Her deep understanding of the game and her approach to the plate resonated with Serenity. Serenity diligently studies what she’s being taught by Pal and applies it during the days between lessons. The most significant accomplishment so far is her newfound knowledge of her personal skills and the confidence she’s developed. Her swing has undoubtedly improved, but what truly sets her apart is her “I can do, so I will do” attitude. This attitude has transformed the type of player I see every day.

  • Tina Dennis

Coach Pal does an amazing job keeping lessons fun while still holding players to a high standard. Her instruction is always intentional, and every drill serves a purpose to help my daughter become more effective both defensively and at the plate. The growth and confidence we’ve seen have been incredible. I could not recommend her more—she truly works hard to help athletes become better and stronger.
